Thank you for considering our venue for your special occasion. Whether you're planning a birthday celebration, corporate gathering, wedding reception, or private party, we’re here to help bring your event to life. Below you’ll find all the essential information to guide you through our venue hire process and what to expect.

Venue Hire Options & Capacity

We offer two venue hire options to suit different event sizes and needs:

​

Half-Venue Hire

  • Deposit: £250 (non-refundable)

  • Capacity: Up to 50 guests

  • Ideal for more intimate events or partial use of the space.
     

Full-Venue Hire

  • Deposit: £500 (non-refundable)

  • Capacity: Up to 120 guests

  • Perfect for larger private events with full access to the venue.

 

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but will be applied as credit toward food and drink on the day of the event.

Important: Prices and availability may vary depending on the date, time of day, and season, so please contact us early
for a tailored quote.

 

Event Timings & Setup

  • For full venue hires, the event start time marks when guests may arrive.
    Guests are not permitted to enter earlier unless part of the event setup team.

  • Our team requires time to prepare the space, so early entry for guests cannot be accommodated unless
    previously agreed for setup purposes.

  • A seating plan is required for full-venue hires and must be chosen from our list of layout options.
     

Decorations & Storage

We want your event to feel uniquely yours, and we welcome your personal touches:
 

  • Decorations are not provided by the venue.

  • You are free to bring your own decorations, banners, signage, and centerpieces.

  • We can store decorations in advance of the event, but please note we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.

  • All decorations must be removed at the end of the event, or collected the following morning before service begins.
     

Food & Beverage

We aim to offer a versatile and inclusive menu tailored to your event’s needs:

Menu Options

  • Access to our full food and drink menu, which is fully customisable upon request.

  • We strongly recommend a food preorder to ensure the best experience and avoid delays or availability issues during your event.

  • We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and custom meal requests.

  • Off-menu options may be available with sufficient notice.
     

Beverage Options

  • Our fully stocked bar features a range of signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Non-alcoholic drink packages are also available for guests who prefer alternatives.
     

Music & Entertainment

We understand that music sets the tone for your event. Here’s what we offer:
 

  • You're welcome to provide a curated music playlist, which we can play throughout your event.

  • DJs are permitted for full venue bookings only. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a DJ or live music setup.

  • All music must be turned down to a lower volume by 11 PM in respect of local residential noise restrictions.
     

Tableware & Service

We provide a range of tableware to suit the style and formality of your event:

Choose between:

  • Traditional ceramic plates & stainless steel cutlery, or

  • Eco-friendly paper plates & bamboo cutlery

  • All tableware is provided by the venue at no additional cost.

Our staff will be on hand throughout the event to provide food and beverage service and assist with any requests.
 

Booking & Final Notes

To secure your date, we recommend booking well in advance. Once your deposit is paid and details are confirmed,
we’ll work closely with you to ensure every aspect of your event runs smoothly.
